  I am a returning customer and went there for two bathroom floors. I picked out 3 samples, brought them home, picked out the one i wanted, then called the store. I placed two phone calls asking for Mike who took care of me initially. I was told he was busy with a customer. What am I ? That was told to me both times. I waited patiently.... no call back. I waited until the next day, still no call back. I went to the store this morning expecting to see customers preventing Mike from calling me back today. I was surprised to find the store had no customers. A young man came from the back room at which time i advised him Mike lost a customer & many more referrals due to his lack of business sense. There are many other flooring places nearby, so i'll take my business there.
